Ashley Smallwood
My name is Ashley Smallwood, and I have been proud to call this neighborhood home since 2015. About four years ago, my family and I considered moving, but after exploring other areas, it became clear that no neighborhood matched the sense of community and well-maintained standards we enjoy here. This reaffirmed my commitment to staying and contributing to the place we love so much.
I work from home, which allows me to stay engaged in the daily rhythm of the neighborhood while also caring for my family as a wife and mother to two wonderful girls.
As a dedicated member of this community, my focus is on upholding our covenants in a way that is fair and consistent for everyone. I believe open communication is key to fostering trust and ensuring that all voices are heard.
I am also passionate about continuing the social activities that have brought us all together over the years while introducing fresh ideas and new perspectives to keep our community thriving. Together, we can maintain and enhance the exceptional neighborhood we all cherish.
Lindsey Kondos
Hello, I’m Lindsey Kondos. I bought my first house in TCE in 2016, and my second in 2022. I truly enjoy the neighborhood and want the best for it. I love the sense of community and hope to continue to foster that in anyway I can. With your vote, I plan to do the right thing and keep the neighborhood integrity strong.
Jason Grauberger
I have been a Timber Creek resident for 8 years now. My wife is a teacher in Mustang and is a large part of our reading out reach community for the students. I have been married 13 years and we have 4 kids. I was a surveyor nationwide for 25 years, retired briefly and came back as a cable tech. I know feeling heard and have a voice for our neighbors is impotent. As your HOA representative, I am committed to ensuring that every resident’s voice is heard, concerns are acknowledged, there is due process to complaints that is fair and equitable, and resident suggestions are valued. I believe in fostering a community built on trust and mutual respect. My goal is to create an inclusive environment where every homeowner is treated equitably and decisions are made transparently, with the best interests of all in mind.
Jose Colmenares
My name is Jose Colmenares, and I have been a resident of Timber Creek for nearly five years. I have worked in law enforcement for the past 12 years, and I am currently a detective with the Oklahoma City Police Department. I am married to my wonderful wife, Erica, who is a registered nurse, and together we have four exceptional children.
My career as a law enforcement officer has instilled in me a deep respect for rules and regulations. I believe in the importance of order and security. Still, I also advocate for due process, evidence-based enforcement, a fair appellate system, and open communication as alternative solutions to conflict. These principles align with my goal of creating a fair and just community for all.
As a candidate for HOA board member, I am committed to ensuring that every neighbor has an equal voice and representation. I believe our covenants must be clear, specific, unconflicted, and tailored to the needs of Timber Creek residents rather than being generic. I envision an HOA that fosters common ground among neighbors without focusing on minor issues that can create unnecessary divisiveness.
My commitment to maintaining a safe and secure neighborhood is unwavering. I believe in proactive, community-based crime deterrence and am dedicated to ensuring that every resident feels safe in their home. A united community is a strong and secure community. I aim to continue the hard work of previous board members by continuing the beautification of the neighborhood and implementing inclusive and innovative ideas to make our neighborhood a family neighborhood that is welcoming for all residents.
