Pool Information
All residents must sign the Pool Rules before accessing the pool area.

The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. In order to obtain a key fob, you must be up-to-date on all dues (including clearing any liens) and have signed Pool Rules on file. Renters must have signed Pool Rules on file for both the owner and the occupants of a home. Please email to arrange a time to get your key fob. You may bring a copy of the signed Pool Rules when picking up the fob, or you may request to have a copy brought to you for signature at that time. 
 
Replacement fobs:
For replacement fobs please mail the replacement request form and a $10 check or money order to:

Once the payment is processed you will be contacted by the HOA to schedule a time to receive your new pool fob. 
 
Moving out of Timber Creek Estates?
If you are moving away please email to turn in your fob. Do not give your fob to the new homeowners. They will receive one after verifying all dues are paid and the pool rules are signed.
If you have lost your fob please fill out a replacement request form, there is a section you can select ending residency, and a check or money order for $10 to:

Pool Hours for 2022:
The pool may be closed without notice at any time for maintenance needs.
  • Daily: 9am - 9pm
 Make sure to pick up all pool toys and throw away all trash prior to leaving.  If you leave near closing time, please arrange furniture and tables to be presentable for the next day. 
 
The board is always looking for help to keep the pool area clean, stocked-up and ready for all neighbors. If you would like to volunteer, please forward your contact information to timbercreekestatesyukon@gmail.com.

Committees - Volunteers Needed

Hey Neighbors!
We are looking for several volunteers for the following committees.
Event Committee - Responsible for planning neighborhood events such as the annual pool party, Easter egg hunt, garage sale and much more.  This is a great way to meet your neighbors and share your talents.
Violation Committee - Responsible for monitoring the neighborhood to help ensure everyone is following the by-laws and keeping our neighborhood clean and welcoming.  Guidance will be provided and the volunteers will remain anonymous to non-board members.
Playground Committee - Responsible for making sure the playground area is clean of trash and reports any broken equipment to the board.
Building Committee - Chris Wagner will chair this committee.  Request must be emailed to Chris for review and approval.

Trailer Parking

The 2022 board voted to allow campers, trailers and food trucks to be parked in driveways for no more than 3 days at one time and no more than 6 days a month.  Trailers may not be parked in the street.  If you need additional time please contact the board to discuss.

Yard of the Month
 
Yard of the Month candidates for landscaping are judged solely on the exterior appearance of their property as viewed from the street. Yards will be judged on neatness, landscaping and color. Overall appearance and factors include, but are not limited to, tidiness and neatness of the front and side yards up to the fence line, pruned and trimmed trees and shrubs, edged and defined lawns, borders and flower beds without bare spots and excessive weeds and a visually appealing facade. Driveways and walkways shall be clean, edged and free of debris and dirt.
 
Email nominations to the board.
Nominations will be posted to the Timber Creek Estates HOA Facebook page where you will be able to vote for the yard you like best.

All homeowners and renters must comply with the Covenants, which are reasonable rules to protect property values, preserve the nature of our community, and make life more enjoyable for everyone. The homeowners association has the legal authority to enforce all covenants and do so equitably and consistently.
