About
Timber Creek Estates is made up of 513 homes that creates a welcoming and fun community, where neighbors feel safe, respected, and comfortable being themselves and raising a family.  It is a place where each person shares a sense of belonging.

Located in Yukon, OK with quick access to I-40 and the John Kilpatrick Turnpike it is an easy commute to several parks, lakes, shopping and is only 25 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City.

As our community has grown, we have strived to provide amenities that make our neighborhood a more desirable place to live. We currently offer a pool that is private to residents and authorized guests as well as a playground area that includes volleyball, tetherball, and plenty of green space for picnics and other activities.  We are taking bids to develop part of the green space, with possibilities of a splash pad, pavilion, dog park, and walking tracks.

The Timber Creek Estates Homeowners Association Board is elected positions that protect the harmony, integrity, and value of the neighborhood through the covenants and by-laws.

We are happy to welcome you to the TCE family.
