Playground
The residents have selected a nice commercial-grade play structure that was installed during the beginning of Phase 4 construction. Select the links below to see the structure. The structure may vary slightly from the drawing presented below.

Land near playground
The HOA has ownership of the 2 lots next to the playground on SW 26th Terrace, as well as the 3.4 acres on the other side of the creek. In the 2014 neighborhood survey the most popular options for the lots were a splash pad and clubhouse. Residents will decide which amenities to pursue and how to fund them at a later date, after the HOA handover is completed. The 3.4 acres can be used for amenities in the future as well.

TCE POOL
Posted on May 29th, 2020
We are happy to officially announce TCE pool will be open for the season beginning June 1st at noon!
Anyone still needing a pool fob can go to the forms section at Timbercreekyukon.com to fill out and return the pool rules. Also a reminder those homes with annual dues that are more than 90 days past due will need to be current in order for their pool fob to work. Houses past due with extenuating circumstances are encouraged to contact the HOA to make arrangements.
It'll be up to each person or household to social distance as they feel necessary. The bathrooms are stocked with antibacterial hand soap but due to the shortages there's no hand sanitizer at this time.
We hope everyone has a fun and safe time enjoying our great pool!
