Resident-Only Pool
  • Pool Information
    • All residents must have signed Pool Rules on file before accessing the pool
    • Must have an assigned key fob for entry
  • Pool Hours:
    Pool may be closed without notice at any time for maintenance needs.
    • Mondays - 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Tuesdays - 9 a.m. to 7:59 p.m. | Adult Only Swim 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Wednesdays - 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Thursdays - 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Fridays - 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Saturdays - 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Sundays - 9 a.m. to 7:59 p.m. | Adult Only Swim 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Playground
The residents have selected a nice commercial-grade play structure that was installed during the beginning of Phase 4 construction. Select the links below to see the structure. The structure may vary slightly from the drawing presented below.
 
Land near playground
The HOA has ownership of the 2 lots next to the playground on SW 26th Terrace, as well as the 3.4 acres on the other side of the creek. In the 2014 neighborhood survey the most popular options for the lots were a splash pad and clubhouse. Residents will decide which amenities to pursue and how to fund them at a later date, after the HOA handover is completed. The 3.4 acres can be used for amenities in the future as well.

Friendly Neighborhood Reminder

As members of the HOA board we want to remind everyone that we are simply homeowners volunteering our time. If the remainder of the board were to walk away the positions would be filled by our management company. These new board members would be paid with our HOA funds to run a neighborhood where they do not reside. They will have no gray area and every single covenant will be enforced to the letter. A hired board would be expensive and would end up costing the neighborhood any future amenities.
 
We want to work with our neighbors not against them. When our work to improve the neighborhood is being belittled it makes it that much more difficult for us to work to improve our neighborhood. We will be sending out more violation warning and fine letters throughout the upcoming weeks. 
 
With over 500 homes we had 4 volunteers step up to join the board. One member has already stepped down from the role. If you want to make a difference and assist with improving the neighborhood please reach out to us at timbercreekestatesyukon@gmail.com. We are always looking for more volunteers!

HOA Dues - Applied Late Fees

HOA Dues are now considered late. A late fee will be applied to any outstanding HOA dues. If you need to make a payment please head to TownSq to make a payment online or call our management company at 405-348-1436. Any dues not paid by the time the pool opens will be denied access.
